I'm excited for this year's comp. U of Minnesota is planning on making the trip and it sounds like the Twin Cities Swingcapators will be back. Truman State has already said they are bringing a team and there are a few other teams interested. Is ISU putting a team together? Will the Step into Swing Cats be there? It's gonna be a throw down. I can't wait.

We were planning on competing, but Mike Boone took a leave of absence to prepare for his wedding, so there are only 4 of us. We have another couple just starting, but I don't know if they will be ready by April. Can we still complete with 4 people? Megan didn't think we could, but I thought I would ask. We are still going to work on our routine whether we can compete or not. We are mastering a lot more moves and getting better all the time. Don't know about ISU. I don't think they have done anything yet.

Yes, lame, I know. I figured as much, but if you don't ask, one never knows. There is still a chance we can be ready with three couples. When is the deadline. The day of the competition? or before?

There really isn't a deadline. There is a date that we'd like to know by so that we can prepare but everyone is welcome up until contest time.
