Don't forget ........Thursday Night Swing Social at Java Joes starts up again next Thrusday! We will be there enjoying the music and dancing a little. If you can't make it next week, put it on your calendar for the week after that.

Wow! What a lot of fun at Java Joes last night. Thanks to everyone who came out in the potenially bad weather to cut a rug and hang out at Java Joes last night. We had a blast. Shim Sham revolution, lessons all the way around. Thank Swingdaddy for showing me some boogie woogie, I will practice diligently for next time. Jam Circle, yes! Special thanks to those who came from U of I, Drake and Grandview. Hope to see more of you next time. Keep it swing'in!

I'm hoping to make it down this week for the Swing Social. Are there any other Iowa City folks interested in making the trip? I hear that the Press will be present. Lets support the Swing Scene!

Last night was great! Thanks to the U of I people who came. Grandview by far had the biggest showing. I think we have them hooked. Hope to see you all tonight at Drake!
