The first Iowa Lindy Blizzard was a heck of a sweet time. I honestly had the best dances of my life on Saturday. Mary you rock HARD!

Marty Klempner is a great instructor and I'm glad I had the opportunity to hang out with such a cool dude.

Teni was wacky and a lot of fun.

Thanks to Larry, Rae and all of Step Into Swing for throwing an awesome event. See you next year!

Mike, do you remember that half dip we did during the competition? I don't know why, but it felt like the best movement I've ever done in my life. Was it good for you too?

I don't think anyone sent out congratulations to the winners of the J & J at Iowa Lindy Blizzard.

1st Place: Michael Brafford- Iowa City & Mary Woodruff - Ames
2nd Place: Steve F. (sorry dude) Omaha & Erin Taylor - Iowa City
3rd Place: Kevin Reigeluth - Des Moines & Megan Moore - Des Moines

Congraulations to everyone! What a great bunch of dancers! We are lucky to have them here in Iowa.

Good luck in Washington, Mary! We will miss you!

I had a Blast at the Blizzard! (...that sounds like trademark material...) Good workshops, live music and a lot of fun dancing! Thanks for a great weekend and lookin forward to Blizzard x2 =)

Jitterbug Steve came up with a great name for next years "Blizzard". Change it to the Iowa Lindy Meteor Shower. Yeah, I like it.
